NDT Testing services offered

Ultra-sonic Testing- Shear wave (transverse), Longitudinal (compression), thickness testing

Magnetic Particle Testing- Dry and wet particle (visible and fluorescent) using yokes, mag bench or cables.

Dye Penetrant Testing- Visible or Fluorescent with Methods A.B,C, D

Visual Inspections- structural welds, bolted connections, and oil and gas components

NDE Training

Ultra-sonic testing- 40 hours for Level 1 and 80 hours for level II (includes extensive hands on so the student is familiar with everyday set ups and machine familiarity

Magnetic particle testing- 32 hours of training covering all aspects of fluorescent and visible techniques so the student is confident in performing mag particle testing

Dye Penetrant Testing- 12 or 32 (NAS 410 req) training hours over visible and fluorescent covering all methods.
